As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate IT Services Sales Manager to join our Handyconnect Software as a Service (SaaS) team.

Handyconnect is the go-to system for seamless sourcing of multiple handymen in real time based on geolocation. Our system enables proposal generation by mapping task requisitions to multiple service providers based on skills, capabilities, and geolocation.

Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate IT services sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their IT requirements and aligning our services to meet their needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the client base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success in meeting sales objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to enhance service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, utilizing insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services or SaaS industry, with experience in corporate account management and new business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate IT services sales or related fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and technologies is an advantage.
